Note: They suspect arson, as usual. Who knows, could be. But trash and cars are both spontaneously combusting now as out atmosphere fills up with flammable methane and hydrogen sulfide, so I wouldn't be so sure, especially when there are no witnesses or surveillance footage or motive. At this point, I want to see at least one of those three before I get on the arson bandwagon. Also, multiple fires in the same general area in the same general timeframe is what we should expect to see as flammable gases blow through an area...

Note: Tugboat went out on routine mission, then sent out distress call. Now they've found the boat but the skipper is missing. Into the water, but the problem would probably be worse there AND if you lose consciousness in the water, then that's it. This isn't a lake or pond here, this is the Atlantic Ocean, so they may not ever find his body in this case...
